Paradigms for Combined Modalities in Molecular Imaging

May 19-21, 2014, Kos Island, Greece

The 3rd PSMR conference on PET/MR and SPECT/MR will take place on Kos Island, Greece, on 19-21 May, 2014 following the two successful PSMR conferences on Aachen and on Elba. The PSMR conference has been established as the most significant international conference on MR-PET and MR-SPECT, with steadily increasing participation. The program will cover the entire spectrum of topics related to MR-(S)PET in small animal, brain, and whole-body imaging from instrumentation, methodology, applications to bimodal tracers.

Taking into account the increased number of clinical MR-PET systems worldwide the organizers want to put special emphasis on the clinical sector participation. In addition, PSMR14 foresees to improve the sessions devoted to bimodal tracers (including radiolabelled nanoparticles) and preclinical applications, which demonstrate the unique role that MR-(S)PET can have in preclinical research.
